Digital transformation efforts for many companies are being driven by the desire to re-invent the end-customer experience. Technology has a critical role to play in this process, but there is also a need to re-invent culture to introduce a new digital mindset. Change at this deep cultural level is critical to the overall success of digitalization efforts and in this presentation Martin will give the audience his insights into why this is the case and how enterprises can go about making such fundamental changes.

Speaker biography: 

Martin is the senior director for pre-sales for Oracle’s Customer Experience SaaS products across Western Europe. He has a keen interest in how enterprises can drive value from digital disruption and is a big advocate of the cultural and leadership aspects of digital transformation. Martin is a member of Oracle’s EMEA CX Board, which drive the company’s strategy for EMEA, and works with senior officers of customers across all sectors to assist them with their digitalization efforts.
