Presentation abstract: You pay a lot of money for Oracle Support, and frequently can cause the most friction in the organization when expectations differ among the people and organizations involved. IN this session we provide a guide as to what you get as part of your support fee in the TOMA , an explanation of what the differing support levels are, and how to provide escalation to the correct layers and manager in Oracle. In addition we deal with what is expected from the customer to provide quick resolution to issues. This session will be interactive, This will have people from Oracle to answer questions on the support process. This session will be conducted from the point of view of an experienced Oracle consultant with many years practice in using and getting the best from Oracle Support . All are welcome it will not be technical more about process !
