Buying cloud has never been so easy but buying into cloud throws traditional support models out of the window. Managing and supporting your investment in a cloud environment changes the way you support your user community, the way you need to manage your vendors, deal with integrations and requires modifying your operational support model. This session discusses some of the key considerations and obligations needed to prepare your organisation for your move to Oracle Cloud.
